Macerator Motor & Blade System

At the heart of our macerator is a robust C212 helical 2.2 kW gearmotor, engineered to deliver consistent torque and reliable performance in demanding hatchery environments.

The motor drives a heavy-duty rotating blade assembly positioned at the top of the machine. As the blades rotate, they efficiently crush and macerate eggshells, infertile eggs, and chick mortalities into significantly reduced, manageable waste.

Each macerator is fitted with a bottom-mounted stainless steel exhaust chute designed for controlled discharge of processed material.

Once macerated, debris is directed smoothly through the chute into a designated waste container or disposal area.

For optimal use:

  • The chute should be positioned over a secure bin or waste platform

  • The disposal area should allow for easy sanitation

  • Proper biosecurity protocols should be followed
