Farm / Egg Holding & Collection Trolleys

Our steel egg holding and collection trolleys are hot-dip galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of cleaning.

• Holds 36 × 132/126-egg setter trays

• Sliding locking rod system secures trays firmly in place

Locking Systems Explained

We offer two secure locking mechanisms:

• Locking Bars: Hinge-mounted bars secured with safety pins

• Locking Rod: Slides through the centre of the trolley, providing a continuous locking system across all trays

Both systems are designed to eliminate the risk of tray movement during transport.

• All trolleys and frames are locally manufactured in-house from raw materials.

Tray Configurations Available

• 17 stacks per side (34 stacks total)

• 18 stacks per side (36 stacks total)

The 18-high trolley holds 36 setter trays and can carry up to 4,752 eggs, matching the capacity of standard setter systems.

We offer two setter trolley configurations:

Option 1: Bottom-mounted actuator for fully automatic turning
Option 2: Top communal turning system operated by the setter room’s central turning system

Our preferred and most efficient solution is the 24VDC on-trolley actuator, available in pneumatic or electric configurations.
